It is the MPEG-2 format and came from my Sony Handycam DCR SR45 camcorder. I import the video original of a folder on my desktop. I've tinkered around with different parameters when loading a new project without success. I was hoping someone could shine a light on why this is happening and what can be done to remedy this. I first noticed this when I went to sync the files mp3 audio, which are imported separately, music videos and found that the audio clips are a few more pictures of time and the audio and video do not match upward. When I import original video in Adobe Premiere Pro 7.0 it still leaves a few images in random places throughout a clip (I guess this is what is referred to as loss of images).
